Muldowney, Jr., CPA, MST - Owner  The son of a CPA became one himself after graduating from Seton Hall University, with a BS in Business Administration (Accounting). He earned a Masters of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dave is certified in both New Jersey and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over twenty five years of both public and private accounting experience. Kevin T. Muldowney, CPA, MBA - Sr. Associate After graduating from St. Joseph's University with a BS in Business Management, Kevin followed in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, and joined David M. Muldowney, Jr., CPA as a Staff Accountant.  Kevin has become a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor, assisting QuickBooks® users with various services including installation, set-up and training.  After receiving his MBA in Accounting from Monmouth University, Kevin began preparing for the CPA exam, completed the final section in January '08, and has received his license from the State Board of Accountancy!   Kevin currently resides in Tinton Falls with his wife and 2 boys.   Donna Biegert - Office Manager   Joining us in 2009, Donna brings several years of administrative and management experience to the firm.  She is the first person you will speak with when contacting our office and will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns.           David M.
